Raisin Scones:
100g butter
2 cups plain flour
pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk (leave some for glaze)
1 Packet of raisins
Bake them for 10-15mins at 230deg. Enjoy them with clotted cream/butter/jam/plain!
